About the resource

This book “Sometimes I lose the salad bowl” depicts just some of the challenges that multiple sclerosis brings with it when you are young and have life ahead of you. Eight young people tell what role sclerosis plays in their lives in relation to a wide range of topics that are closely linked to being and living life as a young person.

This guide is aimed at teens and young adults.
