Flexibility and strength exercises with a walker
During the pandemic the European Multiple Sclerosis Platform teamed up with MoveToSport to develop a varied home exercise programme for people with MS.
This session can be done with you walker. Make sure that your brakes are on! If 2 x 10 repetitions are too much, do 10 in the morning and 10 in the afternoon.
