MS is only a part of your total health. As well as medicine, there are a number of ways to take control of your health as a person with MS. This video suggests ways that people with MS can take care of their bodies and looks at complementary and alternative therapies including yoga and meditation, as well as lifestyle changes you can make for general health and to manage MS symptoms.

It is important to always discuss any supplements you are taking or are considering with a healthcare professional.
