This yoga video from the Japan MS Society, introduces 16 different types of yoga stretches for people with MS to practice self-care at home. The video demonstrates stretches from the accompanying guide and provides additional tips and tricks. The video also includes an introduction to stretching from physical therapist Dr. Yoshida.

The session will help you to release stiffness, improve strength and balance the body and mind for an overall improvement on the Quality of Life for people affected by MS.
