About the resource
This visual booklet from the Japan MS Society, introduces 16 different types of yoga stretches for people with MS to practice self-care at home. The booklet includes images and descriptions of each stretch and how to achieve it. You can see further demonstrations in the accompanying video here.
The stretches in this booklet will help you to release stiffness, improve strength and balance the body and mind for an overall improvement on the Quality of Life for people affected by MS.
