During the pandemic the European Multiple Sclerosis Platform teamed up with MoveToSport to develop a varied home exercise programme for people with MS.

This session can be performed standing and/or sitting (wheelchair, chair with or without back support). Always keep your torso as straight and tall as possible. You can work with bottles of water, weights or elastic bandages. Be creative but keep it safe – don’t force anything!
