Breathing and relaxation yoga exercises for MS
This is an easy to follow practice of yoga breathing and relaxation exercises, led by Laura, a yoga teacher who has MS. The practice can be done sitting up or lying down.
The session is not tailored to any specific needs. It’s designed for guidance, motivation and educational purposes only. You should assess the activity to decide if it’s suitable for you, and make sure you have the right facilities and practical support.
