Esclerosis Múltiple España invite you to practice a relaxation technique based on visualisation. So that you can get the most out of it, they recommend that you do the following before starting:
- Find a quiet time and place. Put your mobile on silence.
- Make sure the light, temperature and noise conditions are comfortable.
- Wear comfortable clothes that do not pressure you.
- Maintain an open attitude, rather than overstressing your intention to relax. Just do everything in your power so that the conditions are optimal and let yourself be carried away by the instructions that are given to you.
