This video demonstration teaches a number of seated exercises and stretches, and provides practical advice along the way. The presenter incorporates use of a simple broomstick to elevate exercises. All these exercises can be completed seated, and using just a stick as a prop, the are ideal for completing at home.
This video demonstrates a guide to physical activities according to the method of the late Professor Moshe Aharonson. The presenter completes the exercises quickly in order to teach as many activities as possible and to cover all areas of the body. To follow along with the video, you may wish to pause it after demonstrations to complete more repetitions.
